- please pick up all small items (clothing, toys, magazines, etc.) from the floor prior to our arrival
- carpet will
be damp, not wet; drying time can be reduced by running heat/AC and ceiling fans
- we recommend not walking on the carpet
until it is dry; we can provide you with free disposable runners if needed
